1. The service

Mammouth AI provides a team of AI agents accessible via WhatsApp and other integrations to help founders and SMEs run sales, growth, finance and operations workflows.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mammouth AI for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, scraping in violation of third-party terms, or generation of content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

3. Shadow Mode & approvals

All outbound actions performed by Mammouth agents are queued in Shadow Mode and require your explicit approval (SEND, EDIT, CANCEL). You remain responsible for the messages dispatched on your behalf.

4. Subscription, billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued in line with French consumer law where applicable.

5. Confidentiality & security

We treat your business data as strictly confidential. Access is limited to authorised personnel and we apply encryption in transit and at rest. Incident notification follows the GDPR 72-hour timeline.

6. Liability

Mammouth AI is provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
